Vanessa joined our team in June 2025 for her end-of-study internship, bringing a solid foundation in finance and M&A. Her passion for the tech ecosystem shines through almost three years advising high-growth companies at DealMaker in São Paulo, complemented by ESG-investment work at Wright Capital and credit analytics & planning at Stone Co.
She holds an engineering degree from Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo and a master degree in economics and finance from HEC Paris.

Mael joined our team in September 2024 for his end-of-study internship, bringing a strong background in engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship. His passion for technology and startups shines through his experience, including a 6-month internship and a 1-year part-time role at CargoAi, a fintech startup in Singapore, and work at Octo, a Web3 startup in Paris.
Mael holds dual degrees in engineering and corporate finance from Ecole Centrale de Nantes and Audencia Business School, with an exchange at Harvard.

As senior advisor, Ambroise Popper helps the company develop its activities in the Deep Tech space.
Ambroise is also Executive Chairman at e-peas, a leader of power management solutions for energy harvesting. Previously he was Vice-President and General Manager at NextNav, following the acquisition of Nestwave, where he was CEO & co-founder. Prior to joining Nestwave, Ambroise was VP of Strategic Marketing & Corporate Development at Quantenna, a Wi-Fi chip company acquired by ON Semi in 2019 for $1.1B. Before that, he was a co-founder at Sequans Communications, a leader of low-power 5G/4G chips that went IPO on NYSE in 2011, where he assumed several roles including head of the IoT business unit.
Ambroise has spent most of his career working on bringing complex technology to market, in the field of semiconductor for IoT, wireless communication and positioning. He has lived 8 years in Silicon Valley, and is now back in Europe.
Senior Advisor | Project Finance
Totaling 20 years of working experience, Julien combines 10 years of Private equity experience and 10 years of operational experience as CFO in a successful cleantech start-up company (Solairedirect) that grew from zero to 250m€ in revenues before it was sold to ENGIE in 2015.
He went through massive scale-up, distressed situations, team and organization build-up, management and training, international development both in developed and emerging countries (China, South Africa, India, Chile, Brazil,...), fund raisings and project financings (1.5b€+), IPO, trade sale.
He is the founder of BaseQamper, an Impact Advisory boutique that assists entrepreneurs in developing well-thought Impact strategies, duly structured in a workable and realistic ready-to-use execution plan without compromising on financial performance.
As Head of BaseQamper and an expert in the Cleantech industry, Julien acts as a Strategic Advisor for Blueprint Partners on such transactions.
Julien is a master graduate in Business Administration from the Rouen Business School and the University of Illinois at Chicago and is being certified as Executive Coach at HEC.

Elaine joined Blueprint in 2017 and has contributed to over 30 venture projects across sectors such as SaaS & Marketplace, Robotics, Renewable Energy, Healthtech, and Industrials. She has considerable experience in fundraising in different stages and has been involved in various M&A transactions, including cross-border deals in Asia and the USA. Additionally, Elaine has served as a buy-side advisor to some major players in technology and industrials.
She acquired strong financial analysis and modelling skills previously as an equity research analyst at Bank of China International (Hong Kong) and a credit strategy analyst at AXA (GIE). Over two years, she focused on equity analysis and financial modelling in the consumer sector. She, with her team, covered more than 20 listed companies and accomplished 4 IPO listing research in Hong Kong.
Elaine has worked in various international environments including Microsoft China, BNP Paribas CIB Hong Kong and AXA Group in France.
Elaine holds a Master of Science degree in Managerial and Financial Economics from HEC Paris, a Master of Finance degree in Investment Management and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Enterprise Information Systems from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Marc Chancerel leads the company in the fields of Deeptech and Healthcare, from the pre-revenue phase to Growth Equity stage. Marc appreciates the direct relationship with company founders and the agility of small senior teams. He shares with them his extensive experience of transactions, from capital increases to exits of over €50 million, including buy-side assignments, private placements, and the structuring and financing of spin-offs.
Prior to that, he spent 9 years at Gemplus (now Thales), where he first carried out M&A transactions (South Korea, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, USA, Singapore, Czech Republic), and then launched innovative new solutions through BIG (Business Innovation Group), one of the first technology incubators. Marc co-founded the Gemplus Corporate Venture fund, executing 15 deals across 3 continents (China, Singapore, USA, France, Belgium, Denmark) and running the entire process of deal flow management, term sheets, due diligence, refinancing and exit. Prior to joining Gemplus, he worked several years in strategic consulting at PwC and Deloitte.
Marc has founded two companies (image processing and e-commerce) and is an angel investor and board member of several technology companies.

Eric Plantier leads the company's fundraising and M&A assignments. Eric has been involved in hundreds of transactions in the technology sectors throughout his career. He is an angel investor and on the board of several EU and US companies. He has lived in six countries on three continents and enjoys using his experience on cross border deals. Eric’s key areas of interest and expertise are enterprise software, data & AI and robotics.
Prior to Blueprint Partners, Eric was an Investment Director focused on the telecommunications sector with Viventures (a Paris-based venture capital firm).
He was also a Strategy Director for Planning and Acquisition at Ericsson in the United States, Sweden and Singapore, and a Sales Director at Schneider Electric in China and Japan.
Eric holds a Master's of Science in Telecommunications and Information Technology (Ecole Nationale des Telecommunications) and an MBA (INSEAD).
